Message: <blockquote data-quote="Coleblack" data-source="post: 2111495" data-attributes="member: 75920"><p>So I purchase a jb4 burgertuning tuner ,to start with they send me the wrong tuner ,had a harness for a gen 1 ecoboost ,I have a 24 raptor ecoboost gen 3 ,so before they'd send another one they had to have this one back ,so another week goes by and I get the second one which is correct with the V3 harness but they forgot to send the Bluetooth harness which I paid $170 for,so I reach back out and this time to save a couple of dollars they snail mail me the Bluetooth harness ,so finally 3 weeks after I ordered the damn thing I get it installed ,pay the $37 for the app to connect to the tuner and lo and behold the check engine light comes on and the truck won't idle ,bottom line thing is a piece of crap ,customer service is garbage ,luckily it didn't fry the driver in the pcm ,I guess for now I'll just stick to my pulsar xt and e30 ,oh yeah now they wanna give me crap about returning it after they admitted the circuit board is most likely fried. Luckily I paid with my AMEX it's being disputed.</p></blockquote><p></p>
