They need to read the bulletin closer. Raptor is not included. After I told the service manager about the Raptor no being included in the bulletin,  they fixed it under warranty.       For what it's worth,  I had an iwe that leaked vacuum allowing dirt to contaminate the system, so they had to replace all the lines and the check valve. With dirt in the system a check valve wouldn't last 5 miles. I changed out 4 of them myself before bringing it to the dealer.</blockquote>
