So far I've only had three issues with my rollX. Right out of the box a rail was messed up. Morrie had a new one sent right out. Haven't even installed it yet. For the price I was already disappointed in the quality control. Since I've noticed the vinyl splitting at the very on the lip by the tailgate and the rubber seal fell off at the tailgate. Some adhesive fixed the seal and the split I deal with. Since I've coated it in mud stains that won't come out I've given up on how it looks. Havoc will decide for me whether or not it stays on.

Are you talking about this one >> http://tonneaucoversworld.com/truck-covers-usa-american-roll-cover.aspx.

Morrie tells me these type of covers can freeze in the winter time and not open. I also did some research on the f150 forum and some say they type of covers are really loud if you are rolling on uneven pavement.
That's the one. Hmmm...I wonder how loud. That's one thing I'll give the rollx...the design is pretty slick and noise is minimal if any. I really do like it...minis small things here and there. The fact that it's prematurely falling part doesn't sit well but nothing lasts forever I guess...but less than a year is a bit of a let down.

I told Morrie his business will go under if he has to replace every RollX he sells every 1-2 years and he agreed.

BTW the truck cover usa cover competes with this one >> https://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=5M7kcIM7GcA.

I may ask Morrie to send me this one as a replacement cover for the RollX

Hmm? My RollX has been flawless so far. The only problem was with the install. I did have to add some additional weather stripping at the front of the bed to make up for the gap.
