Message: <blockquote data-quote="shigman" data-source="post: 2110123" data-attributes="member: 57792"><p>If I had to hazard a guess, it would be that the Raptor budget currently is exponentially higher than it was back in 2009.  We’ll know the true trajectory of all of this when the gen 4 comes out.  If it’s just a facelift and an extra 26 HP we’ll know, if it’s got an extra 2” of travel, and 550+ HP then we’ll also know.  Fords going to have to have an answer to the 540HP RAM regardless of the Raptor.  That motors in the regular RAMs too.  I wouldn't be surprised if part of the reason for the delay of the next F150 is revamping the ecoboost.  Not to say that hurricane engine surprised Ford…Im sure they knew about it years ago.</p></blockquote><p></p>
