Only complaint I have so far is that terrible Sync system and the bright-lights seems to work intermittently.

If your Raptor supports it, try using Apple CarPlay or Android Auto. I enjoy Android Auto in my 2017. It mostly overrides the Sync stuff - just plug your phone into a USB port and do the basic setup/prompts.
