Interior Trim Piece - part number?

Question for everyone. I have been searching on parts sites off an on for months and can not seem to find the part numbers I'm looking for.

The Center Console between the seats, I am interested in the brushed metal trim that goes down both sides. Mine is all dented and scratched. Does anyone know the part numbers for both sides?

Also, anyone know how you remove those pieces?

Here is the part number: CL3Z-1504567-BA but it is not cheap. Greater than or equal to $300...

Might want to just do some vinyl wrapping. I never really liked all the mismatching grays and silvers anyway.
