Yep, did some die grinding on my install on one hole. I did some grinding to miss bed mount. yes need big wrenches. Good call on the pads for bumps, I did it all at same time, so would have missed that too!!!
I used my air impact so the install was abour 4 hours total taking my time...

a few beers should cover it....

Yea it's easy just remember do not tighten anything until you get all te bolts in its makes it so much easier installing it lol as for the holes not lining up I didn't have any problems with them lining up!

Just got it done this am. Took about 4 hours. we had one the wrenches fall off the nut in the frame, and that took 30 minutes to sort out. all bolt holes where spot on, but the exhaust hanger did strip out and I had to cut off the bolt. I installed the inside frame rail bolt and will tack weld the bottom when I check the bolts in a few hundred miles.

Yep, mid perch, got my light bar and ADD bumper, Im good to go. Last year my raptor didnt even have plates on it yet for the TRR.
