I installed body molding to protect the beast from the ass holes who can give a crap about our investments. I personally dont like molding but I dread the first ding.. so I found this brand at pep boys. it blends in perfect matches the fenders and looks factory...

I leveled it out with blue masking tape. to get it perfectly straight... I cant even notice its there anymore.. I ran in along the straight flat 1 inch edge that runs the length of the doors..

let me know what you think

Wow. I'll be honest, when I read the title of this thread I expected to open it up and see something ugly. Not the case at all, the molding is very understated and blends in to your black paint perfectly. A little peace of mind when it comes to potential door dings must be nice considering these wide trucks definitely take up the whole damn parking spot.

Nice work man.

looks good. i wanted to do something along my door edges cause I have a few chips on my PASSENGER side from idiot friends/girlfriends who ignore my warning about hitting the garage wall.

"Hey be careful when you open the door it's a tight squeeze"
"I will"
*SLAM*
"WTF"
"Sorry I didn't know it was so close"
""
