Changing tire size in forscan is super easy. In BdyCM you change 726-15-02 to C1xx-xxxx. After that you have to run the PCM relearn to clear a DTC that pops up after the BdyCM change.
Yeah , I need to dive into using forscan for sure. Is it possible to run the 37ko2s on the R wheels with stock suspension off road or would it just cause damage ? I may just get the r wheels and pop the stock tire size on there if that’s the case.

Kind of depends on how hard you want to go. Clearance looks better doing static clearance testing because that doesn’t account for body mount bushings deforming. If you watch slow motion videos of the truck landing hard you will notice it looks like the bumper is moving around. That’s actually the body moving around relative to the frame. Ford didn’t decrease travel on the 37PP and R for no reason. With stock offset wheels and stock 37 tires you won’t ever blow your fenders off though. I did actually design a kit to replicate the tire clearance on a 37 truck without losing any travel. There are a couple of threads about that on here.

I have been using 37x12.5 tires on my 24 Raptor for five months; however, the front still rubs when I drive in reverse. I am considering switching to different wheel offsets and widths for the front, such as 20x9 with a +1 offset, while keeping the 20x10 with a -18 offset in the rear.

Any thoughts?

found some brand new Raptor R take offs on FB Marketplace and installed on 35 Raptor. Zero rub on stock suspension on the 37” KO2. Doesn’t feel too different accelerating as these are fairly lightweight

Love the look but might swap tires for a hybrid like a Nitto Recon of Toyo RT Trail but keep the wheels as I love the style

With the stock KO2s being a C load tire, does anyone have regrets going to an E load 37x12.50?

Really like the Toyo RT Trail but only comes in E while the Nitto Recon and BFG KM3 come in D load which should ride better. At the same time the Toyo in E load about the same weight as these two in D load.

Thanks in advance

Do you have a weight on these wheels? I didn't think they were fairly lightweight, but I don't know what the actual weight is of these wheels. I know the stock wheels are that light, especially the stock beadlock wheels.

Thanks and happy I found them. I saw some online listings where people were asking $4k for a set but got these for $2500. Considering the tires new are $1600+ I thought it was a great deal for forged, factory wheels.

I read on another post on this forum that the R wheels weight approx 38 lbs, so def not the lightest. The C load BFG 37s say 63 lbs on their website, so puts the total just over 100 lbs each.

Considering the factory 801a wheels I believe are 31 lbs (I read not confirmed) and the 315/70 are 64, that’s 95 lbs total.
For the extra 6+/- lbs per corner seems pretty reasonable to size up to a 37” tire and get a much better/nicer forged wheel.
