Installed 37's on Gen3 35 Raptor - no issues.

No there’s no perch mod. It’s stock right now. I figured I would try the set up first to see if it worked before doing anything else. I will either get a collar or start trimming.

I thought the difference between the 37 and 35 package in gen 3s were minimal. Suspension was valved different and the bump stops are different… that was about it if I recall.

I have the 1.5 inch RPG collar and it didn’t change the ride at all.

There is definitely more work involved in fitting 37s on a gen2. The major problem is the fender wells are not big enough, so you have to do some trimming and hammer the pinch welds flat.

The Gen3 only requires a perch collar and the correct offset wheels. These things were made for 37s to fit in the fender wells.

If you are street driving it might work without a perch collar, but off-road, no way I’m not sure why you would not do it. The 1.5 inch collar don’t change the ride one bit. Mine actually rides better than when it was stock. I think the 37s add a bit more cushion.

i agree that the 37 seems to ride a bit better, but the one i was driving was aired down a bit so not so sure. sounds like there are mutliple accounts of ppl running 37s off road with zero issues. its not like the perch collar is limiting travel

Just ran the MOE event in Michigan over the weekend with a 35 on 37's. 37x12. 5 KM3'S on Alphaequipt 17x8.5, +25 offset. Ran it pretty hard over whoops & think we were airborne once with no rubbing. It seems to sit maybe 1/2" to 3/4" lower than a true 37pp I measured at Raptor Assault.

Haven't ruled out maybe the SVC 1.5" spacer in front & maybe 1" spacer in back. Just not sure what I'd pickup in performance?
