Getting ready to tackle SW longtubes and exhaust install. No CAI, just looking to be pointed in the right direction for a good tune and I’m hearing 5star is the way to go.

Read up and you will see that quite a few prefer MPT. I have had good luck with MPT on my 2017 and now my 2019 (great product and customer service). I am working with 5 Star to try and get a tune that is better than stock, but we are two weeks in and still haven't gotten there. That said, 5 Star's customer service has been very good; they seem to also really care.

MorringZ, Feel free to give us an email or call and we'd be happy to answer any questions or concerns in regards to your vehicle. We have various tunes for the Gen 1 and Gen 2 applications depending on how you like to drive. If you want aggressive we have tire burning options that can be driven on daily and if you want something more modest, our Daily Street tunes still net high torque and hp gains especially if you're not afraid to drive your Raptor for its namesake. These vehicles are quick and nimble at light throttle but something quite special when more throttle is commanded.

I don't think MPT has a tune for the 6.2L at least not on there website.

My truck had a 5 star tune when I bought it used and did not have the tuner. It would not pass smog had some sensors shut off. I called 5 Star and their attitude was that's your problem and tough shit why are you wasting my time, no advice, no offer to sell me a new tuner nothing!! I would never give them a nickel of my money.

Just ordered a tune from JDM engineering, Great people to deal with easy to get a hold of and went out of there way to accommodate me.

I've been very happy with my 5star tune. The few times I had to call, they were very helpful.
