Which part are you prying? Should just be prying the rubber out of the metal cup. The metal is bolted to the frame and you should NOT be able to pry that part off.

I've never needed a screwdriver to get the foam out. I just pull at an angle and it pops out. Maybe try some WD40 or something to help it slide out.

The bumpstop should be hollow allowing you to use a socket and extension to just remove the entire piece. Stack spacer on top and use the new bolt. Zero reason to remove the rubber from the housing.
