They changed the compression ration slightly- since you can’t tune a gen3…..that compression ratio bump & the tuning out the TQ mgmt in lower gears means nothing b/c gen2 can run custom tunes….The advantages in the gen3 are the interior - which is not Raptor specific- & the rear coil suspension setup. I drove a few Gen3s - the only one that made me think twice was an R, but it’s not realistic for me in terms of budget & mpg. “Gen3 transmission much better than gen2”- lol, bro it’s exactly the same ahahha</blockquote>
