Then please enlighten us and show some damn proof. You can look all you want but you won’t find orange stitching anywhere on Ford’s website. So, yeah, you’re color blind.
Here ya go, on the ford build site. Note the orange stitching on the wheel and shifter, orange accents on the dash.

compared to gen 2...

gen 3 engine is improved internally. stronger crankshaft, metal timing chain guides, metal mounting tabs, better lifters/rockers (all can swap over to gen 3)
gen 3 transmission much better than gen 2, and only $1900
gen 3 front suspension better geometry, stronger ball joints, stronger wheel bearings, stronger front axle
gen 3 rear suspension 5 link

My GEN2 is paid off and heavily modified. It would cost way too much to recreate it. I will definitely go with a GEN3 if it’s ever totaled.

more restrictive oem cats combined with smaller turbos on gen 3 vs higher flowing cats, bigger turbos on gen 2

I mean i guess you missed the goosetuned thread where the gen 3 had a lot more power (especially torque) stock than a stock gen 2.
