I see very few SCab Raptors vs. SCrews

I see you're in Austin too. Definitely don't think I've spotted your Raptor yet.
It would be hard to know, I see at least 4-6 other Raptors per day just commuting to work, on a good day I've seen as many as four in a 5 minute window. In fact I think I'm starting to not even notice them, they're EVERYWHERE it seems, at least the SCREWs are.

Same in the Denver suburbs. My high is five at a single intersection. It's to the point no one does the "Raptor wave" because you'd get carpal tunnel syndrome. That and there's so many of us it stopped being special a long time ago.

Sad but true. Bought my gen 1 in 2010 and was rare to see one at all. Now with the market over populated with raptors they seem to be everywhere

RAPTORS were engineered to be SCABS from the ground up. SCREWS are an afterthought to make FORD money off all the Starbuck Mall Screwers. RAPTOR SCABS are for the purist and are the ICON and benchmark for F150 performance.

I have a SCAB too...this is just nonsense though. This is the same dumb gen1 is better than gen2 cause it has a V8 type thinking that is seen throughout the forums...I do think the SCAB is better off road, but as a daily truck the larger full tank and actual rear doors are better if you don't mind the extra foot.

What kind of Raptors are they using at Ford Assault, literally the factory designed program started by Ford to show off the truck's capabilities to new owners? Pretty sure those were all SCREWs.

Again, SCAB was the only option the first year. Notice neither the Gen 1 Raptor-R or the Gen 2 Raptor-R were SCREWs. Both are Supercabs.

Saw on F150 forum someone swapped the 26 gallon for a 36. Possible on SCAB Rap?
