My rotors & pads are fairly new, a year maybe. Calipers are original but I did grease the pins and checked them about a months ago. They seemed ok but I won't rule that out.
(I have new calipers ready for install. Preventative maintenance)

i would pull it and make sure the caliper itself isnt frozen. even if the guide rods are greased, the calipers can still be frozen
