I was having the same issues as most people...really slow, nav not working, delay in pressing buttons, wrong time being displayed, etc.

I turned off the bluetooth and all of these issues disappeared. I know its not a "solution" but it basically solves most of the issues. I plug my phone to the USB port for music and for telephone I use a headset...

I realized that a while ago. Bluetooth really slows the system down. Shut it off real quick and haven't had any issues. Pain plugging cords in but it's worth not having the lag.
