I read OutCast's recomandation, I bought 4 set of 12"*17" Vortex mud flap which is class C.
Those are right under $80.00 include tax.

I havent installed it yet, I removed those sticky sticker remains.
Here is my tip for how-to remove stickers.

I remove stickers with my finger and left remains.

Yes, it is a chacoal lighter for BBQ. You can use one in your home.

Drop little amount of lighter on the sticker remain. Just enough for wet stickers.

Let the sticker soak lighter. 1 minute is enough.

Use hard thing you can mess with, push the edge(end) of sticker.

Pick end of sticker and pull. I will be remove easily. But be sure that you touch sticky thing as less as possible. I won't take off easily from your hand.

Put little lighter on paper tower or tissue and swap the surface of mud flap. After then, wash with water and dry off. Don't forget to wash your hand because the glue of sticker won't be taken off easily from your hand.

The chacoal lighter is not recomended for soft things like carpet, fabric and leather.
Use only for hard surface like metal or plastic. It might damage paint of your car. Important to wash away quickly after use.

You should send the manufacturer an email telling them you and 40 of your friends will buy their product ONLY when they don't have to spend time and chemicals removing their adhesive stickers/labels.

I think it's unconscionable for manufacturers to deface their products with stickers that are hard/impossible to remove or that leave sticky residue behind.

Thats true.
Even the message on the sticker was not warning or anything. Just explanation about the bent...
