Hugh's Scab Build

Getting started on Hughs truck this week finally. He has entrusted us with his 2010 scab that is mostly stock with exception of headers, exhaust, tune ect. This thing is gonna be badass. Here is the build list:

Front----
Icon Shocks
Icon Upper Control Arms
RPG Tierods
Outlaw Spindle Gussets
Camburg Lower Control Arms w/dual shock mount- yes the shock will be icon
KHC Lower Control Arm Pocket Reenforcement Kit
Limiting Straps
4.88 Gears

Rear----
KHC Cantilever System with Deaver Springs
Icon Bump Kit
4.88 Gears

Exterior----
Front Glassworks Fenders w/ inner liners
Rear Glassworks Bedsides
Front Stewart Raceworks bumper
KHC Race rear bumper
Full custom KHC stainless exhaust
Raptor Retrofit Headlights

Im sure there will be a few additions before its done. He will be running 37's. I will keep the thread up to date on the progress. Also gonna try and do step by step pictures for the cantilever install. We will see. Here are some photos of the teardown and his broken axle from havoc. The only think we are reusing is the housing. Shocks and UCAs are in along with the rear bump kit. Started on the rear bumper today but no photos yet. Stay tuned

Update!!

Finishing up the rear bumper, I frenched in the plate mount for a clean look . Also finishing up the control arm pocket brackets. We will be welding up the gussets and assembling the front end tomorrow then on to the rear. Gears are also getting finished up. Here are some pics
