My 2010 did not come with the rear back up sensors. Can I install a 2013 rear bumper with sensors and convert to work in my truck? If so, anyone here know how and what items (other than the bumper and sensors) I may need?

Thanks

Buy a 2013 jk. i dont know if you can and if it's possible it will probly cost quite a bit as it's tied in to the stereo also. plus the 2010 and 2013 have a different stereo system so you would probly have to upgrade that also.

I'd just go aftermarket on this one. I'm sure you local audio shop has a rearview cam setup that will be much cheaper. Probably even look stock.

You can buy front and rear aftermarket sensors which would be a lot cheaper and they come with instructions. I'm sure that there is a thread on this somewhere, stay tuned...

Here it is. He did't even drill holes in the bumpers.

here, on frf
i dont think your bumper has stock holes, do they? the sensors we sell have a holesaw that is the correct size for them. or you can mount them below the bumper like in the link. it is impossible (realistically speaking) to tie into the oem system how the 13s do. so there will be differences. the sensors we sell are from steelmate and are the best ones we have found so far
