Nothing personal, but this statement kind of ****** me off. It does not fail "so easily." You have to hammer the dog crap out a Raptor to get the frame to fail. The main problem is that some think the Raptor should be indestructible and you have to live in La La Land to think that is even possible. Yes, you can make the frame super strong, but that will only mean something else will break first. I for one will not bend my frame because I'm conservative enough to know I do not want to break my truck. I do not rock-crawl my Raptor because to crawl is to rub, scrape and dent. Like wise, I drive within the operational envelope off road because this is MY truck and MY $$$ is all I have to lose if I "push it to the limit." If it were a sponsored race truck built and maintained with OPM (other people's money) and it was the last mile of the Baja 1000 and I was neck and neck with the race leader and...........But in my reality, nobody is going to pay me ,or even give a shit, if I run faster than the next guy.Rule #1) If you wanna race, buy a race car. Rule #2) speed cost money, all you have to do is decide how fast do you want to go. Rule #3) if you don't finish the race, you lose.Like I said, nothing personal, I'm just venting!
