I would love to see a SVT engineer's perspective on the cause of the problem.  Ford says they tested the truck on a 1000 torture route, so it should have seen some harsh conditions.

the chief engineer even says the truck has been load tested during jumps... so it seems like they looked at the strain on the suspension and frame...
