Hood ground bolt

Can anyone help me find this bolt or have a part number for it? I’ve tried three dealerships and no luck. It goes to the ground cable on the hoodliner or ford calls it a earth cable. Any help would be appreciated or if someone has a extra or used one I’ll buy it.

Drill. Tap. Insert bolt with whatever pitch and diameter you prefer.

Or just use one of the existing bolts in the hinge.
