i mean beyond hitting the frame on the ground, it seems like the suspension eventually recovered which suggests to me that its "ok"

i think a lot of us have done bigger jumps than that. interesting how the guy boke his back. my biggest
jump bottomed out the suspension as well, and broke my back window, but not my back.
