Interesting. I have a 2010 and can just press the instrument stalk and the mileage and trip odometer disappears

Plus the sexy white dials. Love them!

Learn from old VCRs. Electrical tape. Other than that I don't know of a way on my 2012. I think the older ones without the fancy dash can because another item gets displayed there.
