I mounted my 60" hi-lift jack in my truck bed under the side rail, under my bed cover. A close fit, but it nestled in there nicely. Getting to the backside of the bolts with nuts was a chore with a homemade loooooong handle wrench. I bought the standard Hi-lift bumper or hood mounts for the jack. Took my time with placement, double checking interference potentials. The additional orange straps are not for the jack, they're additional backups to hold the Diamondback cover on the bed, since the C clips that came with the cover are not up to the task of serious off-roading, in my opinion. The cover will get bolted down eventually. Also note I put the jack on the passenger side to better balance with a full fuel tank and driver weight. Every little bit helps, right?
