No, this is a good question:

"For now, these modifications remain just one-off parts from the RTR and Ford Performance teams"

So, since this is a one off, not available for sale, it doesn’t reduce the prius count, and therefore is not eligible for #OneLessprius.
We would obviously have to reevaluate if it were to make it into production, which doesn’t seem very likely given the F150 Lightning’s current sales status.
