Dealer picking up the truck today for IWE issues(grumbling/rumbling/chatter feeling from the front at low speed that goes away in 4A/4H). Intermittent, but hopefully they can re-produce it. Mileage at 59,900 and have had the issues for a while now.

Well that was anti climatic. they were able to diagnose and replace both front IWEs under the 60K powertrain warranty. I was at 59,900 miles so cutting it close. Have ESP PremiumCare anyways. Tried to get the TSB for the exhaust rattle handled, but was told there was an undated TSB that my ESP wouldn't cover that repair.

Good for you. I had mine in last week and dealer diagnosed it as a bad pinion bearing in the differential. They fixed that and still get the same noise. Taking it back in on Monday to hopefully get the IWE's fixed. At least that is what I am assuming the noise is that I have been living with for the past 2 years. At least they fixed something that was also an issue that I wasn't aware of.

Honestly think I got fairly lucky. I waited so long to take it in for these that I was sure they'd be able to re-produce it. The fact that the sound/feel would go away when in 4WD pretty much has to be the IWEs.
