The BakFlip rails use 3 clamps per side. No drilling, and your bedliner should not be in the way. As far as the 2 drip tubes, you will need to just drill 3/4" - 1" holes through your plastic bedliner, and through the factory Oval plastic plugs in the front wall of your bed.randy
