If you really want your truck back, you can go demand to have it back. Just be willing to scrap any and all "warranty" work (though I am clueless as to how they can say you have any warranty with those mods). You'll have to either sell it as is, or take your chances with an independent shop and hope they can actually diagnose, and replace OEM or aftermarket components while keeping the truck serviceable and sellable.
