Help - Wheel Offset Question

I am interested in buying some aftermarket wheels and tires for my 2017 SCREW but I am unsure of what offset works best. I don't really offroad the vehicle in a traditional sense, but I do use it for hunting and fishing, so I don't want to lose wheel travel or risk rubbing. Can someone please advise me regarding the "best" offset for the following wheel Rim/Tire?

Rim: Fuel D569 Vapor 18x9 - available in three offsets....+20, +1, -12
Tires: Nitto Ridge Grappler....35x12.50x18

Below is a forum image of the D569's installed on a Raptor. I am looking for similar fitment, but I don't know who actually owns this truck to ask the questions.

For reference: here are a set of Method Grids on my truck, 18x9 +20 with 325/65-18 tires. The 35x12.5 should be a little narrower

+6 on my ride. Here is a straight on shot to see how they sit. I don't find them sticking out 1" like it is suggested.

You have 17x8.5 Sota's though right? The width plays a role in the protrusion. It might be a little less than an inch. I was just trying to give him an idea of where the wheels might sit since the tire also plays a role in it. Here is a 20x9 +01 Rotiform.

I didn't see the width noted above in the post. My apologies, I just assumed 8.5 wide.
