Does anyone know where I can get the parts for cam phasers replacement?

My shop is telling me 2 to 3 months. Unfortunately for me this is my daily during monsoon season in AZ so my bike isn't really an option right now.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You can still drive it while waiting on parts. Just a noise on start ups due to a clocking position.

by shop do you mean non-ford?
Only ask cause generally if you go by the parts dept with the part #s they can pull from other nearby dealers if they have it by chance.

If not can try Tasca parts online.

If they are having trouble obtaining the VCT phasers themselves, there is an alternative part number that can be used. It’s prefix ML3Z suffix A.

Last I've seen was there was an issue getting gaskets.

The valve cover gaskets were backordered for weeks/months but now the floodgates have opened and we are getting all parts for phasers a day or two after ordering.

Maybe the shop (dealership?) is telling you that far out due to scheduling issues.
