Just got a brand new 2011 Raptor, thrilled to bits! Silver S.Cab - giving my Dakota to my son.... new truck for me :mwah1: - pick it up on Thursday.

I'm a tad intimidated, it is a big truck, but I am sure I will get used to it in no time. Come winter, I will be the first out of the driveway instead of the last!

Thanks to my reading yesterday on this forum, I was gutsy enough to ask for, what I thought was quite a bit off, they split the difference - and I am now a happy country girl in a Raptor.

We will be adding our own truck extender, possibly some funky graphics, Line-X and a tonneau cover -- I'll be the one towing around my husbands toys...
Remember boys... keep the girls happy - you have toys, make sure the better half have some too!

I'll post picks on Thursday of his toy and my new Raptor :)

Welcome and congrats . It will take no time for you to get used to driveing your new truck . Can't wait to here some feedback from you after a tank or two . Heads up watch the speedo the Raptor runs at 100 Mph and you feel like you are doing 55.
