Hello from Alberta

Hello all, I don't own a Raptor, but I'm a huge fan. But even a bigger fan of the 6.2L in these trucks. I read over alot of forums and this seems to have the most members modding there engines either with FI, exhaust, tuning, etc. The other Ford forums does not do the Raptor and it's 6.2L engine justice. So I'm here to lurk and learn.
My future plans if all goes well is hopefully by the end of April I will have a 2012 Harley Davidson F-150, of course with the 6.2L. I was shooting for a Raptor but I had to compromise with the wife a bit. You know how it is. I'm glad to be here and keep on Modding, I love reading all the threads on the subject. Also seems like there is really good Vendor support on this forum.

And if any members have any other suggestion on good sites to read about the 6.2L please tell.

to the Forum! What doesn't the wife like about the Raptor? Have you taken her for a test drive in one? Good luck with the new truck!

When the wife falls asleep sneak into the bedroom and then into her purse & get your balls back for a day, and go get the Raptor. She'll forgive you in the long run. BTW-this post will self-destruct within minutes of getting your ****** back!

The wife really likes the Raptor it was a really close 2nd to the HD. I just went with the HD cause she will probly drive it more then I will. I just really like the 6.2L and what people are doing to it. Really to be honest I think in her mind the Raptor was a little to big and bad ass for her lol. So I went with the next best choice which is a soon to be purchased HD.

Welcome fellow Albertan and ya if you can get her into a Raptor for a test drive she'll probably change her tune. hell my Wife wanted the Raptor just as much as i did and shes all for modifying it to help it stand out since theres tons of Raptors around here.
