Been there, loved it. Spent 2 days getting the mud out of EVERYWHERE. Don't forget tho check the airbox, I ended up with about 1/2" of cake mud in the bottom of the airbox (but I went through some really deep holes as well)...glad I didn't have a cold air aftermarket intake as I would have totally sucked some water/mud into the gullet. Also, don't forget to flood the holes in the frame rails and the openings under the hood otherwise you'll be seeing mud every time it rains.

Yeah, that's about what it looked like!! The mud caked on 3-4" thick in places in the wheel wells. Every time I stopped, it looked like the truck took a dump. Piles of mud along both sides and on top of the tires too.

You ain't kidding, this mud/clay/redstone whatever it is, is ridiculous. Personally that crap (maybe chicken crap, IDK) sprayed farm mud that is the worst. Even getting it on the tires and fender wells only is enough. Last time I spent an hour power washing that smelly mud off so I could just put it in the garage without stinking up the whole house somehow.

The mud in south Dakota was the same way. Took a long while to get it all out from under the truck. I did it in the yard so I could leave the mud there!

Some areas around me, in the northeast corner of the state, it's the consistency of damp cement. Give it an hour or two to dry in the sun and watch out! I've damn near broken a toe trying to kick dried chunks of mud off from my mud flaps! Lol
