Half circle shape stain on paint

Good morning all, I'm trying to figure out what this is. I have cleaned my truck by hand for the last couple weeks and it wont come off with normal soap and water. This a new truck to me bought used. there are a couple other little spots that are different color than the actual paint that im trying to clean off.

Wanted get some opinions before trying something else. Hope this picture works I tried today and yesterday to get a good one.

maybe previous owner was hit by tire debris or something. I can see the line...but don't know what it is.

Find someone with a DA Polisher and you should be able to polish it off, maybe even by hand (no pun intended)

Should be able to get that “**** up” out of the paint. “Rubbing it out” with a polisher should do it.
