Hit the dunes today, had three spark plugs lose. I didnt see that coming. Luckily some guy needed a jump and while that was happening I heard the ticking

The actual spark plug was loose? And that would cause a ticking noise? interesting.

How would they come loose? Were they recently changed?

I had them out when I did the cams. that was 2000 miles ago. but yeah the actual plug was lose. I could hear the compression leaking by one of them.
Its possible I didnt torque them down properly but I use a checklist whenever I do work like that just to be sure. its got me a little nervous though, I definitely dont want to be installing a helicoil after the plug blows out and takes the threads with it.
