Don't need to drill on the GEN3. It uses the factory mount points as the OEM brake light2. The only wires you need to splice in the back are the 4 wires shown above. Its basically BLACK-BLACK, WHITE-WHITE, PURPLE-BLUE, YELLOW-RED.3. Remove the OEM battery, you'll save yourself a lot of headaches, trust me.4. The hardest part is fishing the wires through the cabin. I didn't use the OEM pass-thru wires because its only 1 wire. I extended my double S2 wiring into the engine bay which is a total of 4 wires (power/ground for each light). Fish it using a fishing reel for electrical wiring and its cake5. For wiring using the BD harness, cut the switch it comes with. You only need to connect the blue wire from the BD harness to your uplifter AUX wire. Black/white are not going to be used.</blockquote>
