Asking to make sure they were the same as the GEN2 Key Fobs. I run silicone covers to protect them. Below are f150 (my wife's lariat) but the same as a Raptor.

I think he means the picture shows a trunk where our keys have a tailgate opening... It went over your head I believe

To you protect them for resale value? Never had a cover for my fob

I got a similar one from Amazon. I like it, it has a much better feel and I would rather wear out a few dollar cover and start over with another, then wear the markings off the fob, like I did on my Chevy beater.
