Multiple restarts of the module did not fix it.  I finally brute forced my way in.  I would get to 23% then get the service procedure interrupted, then 44%, then 57%, etc.  About 8 attempts to open the module got it to 100% and it opened.  Strange, maybe a problem with my cable?</blockquote>
