Gen2 Rear Wheel Locking Up

Take a look:

Summary:
4WD selector blinks and beeps
4WD selector will not move out of 2H
No 4A, 4L or 4H
Rear diff lock is off

Troubleshooting completed:
Neutral did not work, neither did switching back and forth through the different terrain modes to fix.
Disconnecting battery for 30mims didn't work and neither did resetting PCM with FORSCAN.
Wheels seem to skip on hard turns at low speeds and i checked the parking brake cable for any issues.

Specs:
1FTFW1RG9JFE46208
2018 with 56k miles
Stock suspension minus Deaver HD +3 springs

You could try to unplug electrical lock connector on rear diff and see if it stops the lock up.

@swimtexan Def sounds like locker is engaged or a wheel sensor is freaking out the ABS. The flashing aux is a weird one. Did you get any DTC when you scan with Forscan?

Bizarre problem, hope you get it figured out.

I pulled the rear diff lock cable, no fix. It feels like the clutch grenaded itself and is locking out 4wd to protect itself.

@swimtexan Do you have any DTC? Have you you tried resetting the TCCM? If you pull any DTC i can send you the pinpoint test. I also attached the 4WD operation/component Desc. I would start looking for a loose ground.

Thank you for the diagrams, very much appreciated for the assistance. I dropped it off with Bob Tomes Ford today to figure it out. I'll update when I get their answer.
