Gen1 2014 Phoenix Android Radio upgrade thread.

I installed the 12.1 inch Phoenix into my 2011 crew with Sync 1 Nav at lunch today. Pretty simple install except have to partially remove the passenger airbag module to get it in but worked it out pretty quickly.

Works great, Sirius works, climate control works, backup camera works. Haven't tried all the many apps on there yet but the stock functionality is there and the screen looks great. Bought the Apple Carplay / Android Auto option and will try that tonight or tomorrow after work.

Can confirm that Apple Carplay and Android Auto both work fine. Apple Carplay setup was easy for the wife. I had to go into Android Auto and delete Data and Cache and then forget all cars. Asked me a few permissions on the phone and now works.

So far so good.

Looking to install this on a 2011 base. Anyone else install the PX6? Do you loose any of the stock functioning? Steering wheel controls?
DO you need to install new mic?
