Message: <blockquote data-quote="K223" data-source="post: 1613157" data-attributes="member: 36701">I watched that video of the tell all release with the Ford Raptor project manager.  It does seem like they listened to what upgrades people wanted and implemented them.  Yeah yeah the V8 crowd may see the R.  Interestingly enough they started worked on the coil/multi link rear some years back.  So it wasn’t something thrown in there to be on par with the TRX with.  Styling starts from the base F-150 so love it or hate it and they can only build on that with the Raptor.  While they may listen in regards to the options and packages from potential customers and what they want.  This may all be set in stone at this point.  Bean counters have to work numbers well ahead of time and probably not easy to change, until the following model year.  Which has been done on the Gen 2.</blockquote>
