Has anyone run into this sound on their truck? The sound is off by the way. The only way sound goes away is when truck is off.

It's hard to tell from that sound clip how loud it actually is but if you have the pro gen, it could be coming from the inverter. Is it coming from the back seat area? Sorry if what you are referring to is much louder, just throwing that out there.

Yeah like ears ringing loud. To me, it sounded like it was coming from the back, but also through the speakers simultaneously.

Turn off your pro generator and see if it goes away. I think it stays on unless you turn it off. I don't have one but I think you can go to "features" and scroll thru the screens, it may be there. Maybe someone who has it can point you in the right direction.

You just need to go to your dealer and get the updated software for the inverter behind the back seat.

Another thread mentioned reprogramming of the fan under the back seat. it works with the inverter. your dealer should have a tech bulletin on it, check with them.
