Hey on the ford raptor you have trans temp gauge detail amd there is another empty block space, that i think is for an optional gauge detail

It's always been this way, and as far as I've seen, there's no way to work around it.

As a software developer, it offends me that Ford did something this half-assed. They have all that data readily available, and couldn't be bothered to display it.

In the owners manual it says screen 2 is intentionally left blank and screen 1 is just trans temp.

Would love to have a large speed display option, tach value, voltage, coolant temp, lateral/longitudinal force (G), etc.

Vehicle manufacturers just plain suck when it comes to electronic user interfaces, with the possible exception of Tesla.

They should do the sames as AUX switches, leave it in blank for an aux gauge display.

I have a 2011 and it is the first year with this setup. I just figured that later model year Raptors, ones with MFT and front cameras, would have more options in the DIC.

I know air intake temp is reported for OBD II. I know that EGT is not (no sensors for it). As far as AFR, I think wide-band O2s are needed (not 100% sure on that). I know that fuel trim is a reported value, but I do not think that AFR is - it would have to be calculated. Based on that info, the only one that would even be remotely possible would he air intake temp

Yes, anything that can fill that empty space will be great to have it as an option on the gauge display beside trans temp.
They should fix that for newer models

Even the GT500's have a variety of guages in the LCD screen.

For 2013, lower trim level F150's that don't have the full MFT screen actually have a compass now in the second spot.
