to make it easiest I stopped driving it for until I got back the cluster.  He is able to get the new cluster within .5 tenths of a mile (the miles are rounded when he is programming them)...so if you have a .1 it will come with a .5...can't get much closer than that unless you parked it at exactly .5 or .0.  The engine hours, idle hours, etc were exact.  The oil % and everything else is stored in the engine computer.  You don't need to remove the steering wheel, it is a tight fit in and out but it is super easy...BY FAR one of the best upgrades I have done so far...and I have done quite a few.
