Gas Guzzler

I’ve looked to no avail. Anyone seen insight on the gas guzzler tax for the R? At 14 MPG I’d suspect it’s in the 5k range.

Trucks and SUVs are exempted. TRX doesn’t come with guzzler but challenger does.

don’t be “that guy” at the gas station bragging about how many mpg’s your prius is getting on your 2 mile commute every day

BTW if gas guzzler applies to trucks then all Gen 14 F150s (excluding powerboost) may be taxed…

Tax doesn't apply due to trucks not being considered commuter vehicles when the law came about, circa 1978. With the push for EVs I expect a revision of that eventually.
