Purchased less than a year ago and only on my truck for about 6 months. One was sent in for warranty so it has a different plug style as it was replaced not repaired. Includes an extra bracket. No hardware other than what's shown and no wiring harness. These are the wide lenses.

I used these as side lights on the SVC Baja bumper and were tucked away nicely and still provided good side lighting. I have the tube brackets that will work with these that I can throw in for another $20.
Here is a pic on the SVC bumper where you can see how it was mounted. (Sorry only pic I had on my phone)
I also have a set of amber covers to go with these for only $10. I will sell these separate from the lights if anyone needs them.
