Use a pair of welders vise grips, clamp the upper control arm to the knuckle leaving enough room for your socket, you can apply heat to the nut, but your gonna melt the plastic lock in the nut, you can use blue lock tight to reinstall or purchase a new nut, I used lock tight with no problems.
