Yeah, you're probably right Ruger...but with an aftermarket kit wouldn't you need either the Lockpick or NavTV to display the front camera on the Nav Screen? I assume that on the 2012 there is a button of some sort to activate the front camera.

If you're only looking to add the camera, NavTV and Lockpick aren't that cheap either.

Front camera I guess could be if you wanted to pull into the garage instead of back it in?.......

depends on what side I get stuck on. Ie. Keeping drivers door toward the middle.

Even my skinny ass has to squeeze in/out. Between mama's ride and kids bikes, garage is like a war zone.

My problem exactly, even the skinny ass part. It's why I back in.

I would use the front camera in the parking lot...I need every inch with the SCrew and the camera would help.

So I didn't get the front camera but did get the luxury package upgrade with the rear camera. Tell me this isn't a little camera in the rear view, but is the large screen as part of the luxury upgrade?? All that money for a 2" screen would really **** me off. I ordered the '12 model, 4 door with everything but the Nav and Front camera. just didnt think it was worth it to pay an extra 2-3k on the Nav and front camera when I can use my phone for the nav, sync'd thru the system. thanks guys!

If you did not get Navigation, then you will have 2" monitor in rearview mirror.

Thinking I should add front camera on my weekly change. I'll use it so I can see when my dogs run in front of the truck, then I can see when they are out of the way.

There's only 1 problem to that. Front camera can only be used when in low range and under 15 mph or off-road mode and under 15 mph.

Yup. They like to gather around and run in front of the vehicles when I move them, drive back to the barn, etc. Under 15 MPH is just fine as I am going slow anyway.
